Kim-Kool manufactures Industrial Oil Coolers and After-coolers. Coolers are available in a large array of sizes and can be made from a wide variety of materials including Aluminum, All Steel Construction and Copper-Aluminum Construction. We can custom fit units to your process application.

Kim-Kool tests designs with an in-house wind tunnel. The tunnel produces air flows of up to 5700 cfm at 5" H2O static pressure. Liquid flow rate through the heat exchangers, liquid temperature, and on/off control are all controlled through a state of the art, automated data acquisition system.

For special applications, the following information is required for proper design:

• Fluid type
• Inlet temperature
• Desired outlet temperature and/or heat load
• Liquid flow rate or air flow rate
• Elevation
• Ambient temperature
• Fan curve or air velocity from the fan at the core, or we can size a fan for you.
• Inlet pressure for after-cooler only
• Is there a radiator or cooler next to, behind, or in front of this unit? If so, explain configuration.
