AIR COOLED EXCHANGERS, INC. |
Founded
in 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Air Cooled Exchangers is
the oldest and largest independently owned air cooled heat exchanger
company in the country. It has been located at its present 13
acre facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma since 1974. After several
expansions, there are now nearly 130,000 square feet of shop
space with plenty of room for additional growth. ACE is an ASME
shop, and can meet the rigorous requirements of API-661 when
requested. Our shop hands are the most experienced in the business,
averaging over 15 years as employees of ACE.

In order
to meet the quick deliveries which customers demand and have become
an ACE trademark, ACE fabricates nearly all of the components
that go into their coolers. This includes not only the structure
and headers, but the fin-tubes as well. Four finning machines
can fin both carbon steel and stainless tubes from 5/8" to
1-1/2" O.D. ACE applies a high performance fin with far superior
heat transfer characteristics than a conventional smooth fin,
giving the ability to meet or exceed the performance of other
cooler suppliers. The standard fin stock is 5005 marine grade
aluminum.

The shop is supported by an experienced and dedicated engineering
and management team, many of whom have been in the air-cooled
heat exchanger business for over 30 years. ACE recently expanded
into a 7,000 square foot office building adjacent to their shop.
The latest engineering and drafting tools are used to provide
accurate drawings and engineering information to customers in
a timely manner, normally within 3 days of an order. Sales are
handled with both in-house sales staff and ACE territory representatives,
enabling ACE to often provide same day response time for quotes.
Please contact Masters
Process Equipment for more details. The product line includes
horizontal and vertical coolers, both forced draft and induced
draft, engine drive or electrical driven, ranging in size from
